First and foremost for heavy-duty drivers, we should note that there are only two engine options for the 2027 Ford Super Duty. The gas-powered 6.8-liter V8 and standard 6.7-liter diesel V8 have been retired, leaving shoppers with only the more powerful options, the 7.3-liter gas V8 and high-output 6.7-liter diesel V8. A brand new Proud to Honor package celebrates veterans and active-duty military personnel alike. Available for allfive trim models, this limited-edition appearance pack attracts attention with darkened exterior accents, aggressive black wheels, and bold stars-and-stripes graphics.
For drivers who want an affordable heavy-duty truck with trail capabilities, there’s the new XL Off-Road 35-Inch Tire package. It’s available for F-150 XL trucks equipped with the STX package, four-wheel drive, crew cabin, and short box. Now available on all trim models (including XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Platinum trims with the 176-inch wheel base and 8-foot bed!), the Tremor Off-Road Package makes your Super Duty trail-ready. When the going gets slippery, features like all-terrain tires, Tremor-tuned suspension, and an electronic locking rear differential help you maintain control. There’s a factory lift for extra ground clearance and skid plates to protect your truck from the elements.
2027 Super Duty Tremor Off-Road Package
The Super Duty’s 7.3-liter gas-powered V8 engine — newly standard on the F-250 and F-350 trucks — produces430 horsepower and 485 pound-feet of torque. The only diesel engine available for 2027, the 6.7-liter diesel V8, generates an incredible 500 horsepower and 1,200 pound-feet of torque.

When it comes to work, the Super Duty is better than the rest, delivering best-in-class towing and hauling capabilities!
